One of WVRC's Board Certified Oncologists, Dr. Kimberly Wirth, DVM, DACVIM, along with Luke Robinson, founder of the PuppyUp Foundation, talk about the importance of comparative cancer research in finding treatment and possibly cures for both canines and humans who are battling cancer. In addition, they discuss the upcoming PuppyUp Walk at Nashotah Park on October 6th to raise education, awareness, and research funds, as well as introduce us to Penny Hardie and Amelia, the Human and Canine Cancer Heroes for this year's walk, who have a truly inspirational story.
