Upper Respiratory Infection
This handsome devil is Foyd! He became sick with a viral and bacterial upper respiratory tract infection (URI) shortly after being adopted by our own Dr. Schaefer. The bacteria responded to antibiotics, but as with humans, there is no specific treatment for most viruses. With the help of fluids and some really smelly tuna, Foyd started eating again and his fever resolved. He is back to his normal self, chasing bugs and attacking feet in the middle of the night.
