Grace
Hit by car
A good samaritan found poor Grace on the side of a road after being hit by a car and brought her to the Washington County Humane Society. Grace was then transported to WVRC Emergency Vet Services in Grafton. She sustained a skull fracture, abrasions, blood in her abdomen, trauma to her right eye and a bruised heart and lungs. However, through it all, her spirit and attitude remained kind and sweet. She gave every staff member multiple hugs and kisses and is just the most wonderful dog! The Washington County Humane society has taken Grace into their care after multiple days of intensive treatment with us. We've received several updates as Grace continues to get stronger each day. A huge thank you to our Grafton team and especially Dr. Kristen Temo, one of our vet criticalists! And to the amazing staff at The Washington County Humane Society!
