Dog Bite
Zero is the sweetest little 7-year-old Chihuahua who loves the Olympics - and also came to WVRC after developing complications from management of wounds due to being attacked by another dog. One of our ER doctors, Tim Johnson, treated a large portion of tissue that was infected and sloughing on her right side, and board certified surgeon Connie Hurley treated and closed her wounds. Aside from a bruised area on her neck that’s been shaved, Zero is well on her way to looking and feeling like a superstar!
